Share monthly customer statements of Billing in case more than 1 invoice raised to the customer/s Update customer files with issued invoices. Dispatch Credit Memos in case of discrepancies in Invoice raised earlier. Update the customer master file with contact information. Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register. Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites where required.
